Superintending Engineer (O&M) invites percentage rate “On line Tenders” (e-tendering) from
registered contractors of ‘E-2 “Class and Above. For the work of “Providing & fixing 3 ton
single Girder over head Gantry Crane at Gondal Division store under Rajkot Rural
Circle.” Tender Papers & Specifications may be down loaded from Web site
https://pgvcl.nprocure.com (For view, down load and on line submission) and PGVCL web site
www.pgvcl.com .Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender in EMD cover, for
respective tender. All the relevant documents of tenders to be submitted physically will be received
only by registered Post A.D. or Speed Post addressed to :- The Superintending Engineer
(O&M)PASCHIM GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LTD., RURAL Circle Office, Nana Mava Main Road, Opp.
RMC quarter, Laxminagar, Rajkot–360004. “NO COURIER SERVICE OR HAND DELIVERY” will be
allowed. Price bids to be submitted ON LINE only.
All the bidders should have valid e-tender vender registration. Further bidder should be registered in
class “E-2” or above with Govt/ semi Govt as per tender conditions, otherwise their bids will not be
considered eligible for technical scrutiny and as such, their technical bids will not be opened. & price
Bid will not be considered.

Tender Fee, EMD cover in sealed cover should be submitted on or before due date and time. All
such documents including this downloaded tender duly signed and filled by contractor
should be strictly submitted by RPAD/speed post in physical along with e-Tendering.
Otherwise the offer will not be considered and if deem proper to PGVCL;PGVCL may
communicate for credentials only.
(2). Any deviation found in Data / Details / Documents between on line offer (e-tendering) and
physically submitted documents (Tender document fee, EMD, Technical and commercial Documents
etc.) of bidder, offer of the same bidder will not be considered and no any further communication in
the matter will be entertained.
(3) The Price Bid is to be submitted ON LINE only where as Technical Bid is to be submitted in Both
the forms i.e. On Line as well as Physical.
Note :- Bidders are requested to submit price – bid (Schedule – B) on-line only and not to
submit the price bid in physical form. This is mandatory. If price bid is submitted in physical
form, same will not be opened and only on-line submitted price bid will be considered for
evaluation. Further if the quantity quoted differs in any of the technical bid forms and in price
bid forms, it is discretion of Superintending Engineer, PGVCL to consider the quoted quantity.
Any technical questions, information and clarifications that may be required pertaining to this inquiry
