Terms & Condition for Tender Demanding:

l Tenders will be issued only to those contractors, who have valid PF number in accordance with EPF and MP Act 1952 and as per guidelines issued
by the Company time to time. Also, issuance of tender does not automatically qualify the party to get contract. Documents are subject to audit.
l Work experience essential: Tender papers & specification may be obtained from the Executive Engineer (O&M) Dhoraji Dn., Dhoraji from above
address on the payment of non-refundable tender fee by money order or in cash as specified before 16.00 hrs. on the date mentioned in Col. No.5
above for respective tenders shown in Col. No 2 against the date.
l Contractors must have valid solvency as per Company’s rules.
l True Copy of work-orders of similar work or line work carried out with PGVCL as an experience should be furnished while demanding blank tender.
l All the tenders will be received by registered A.D. post or speed post only and shall be addressed to Executive Engineer (O&M) PGVCL, Dhoraji,
Junagadh Road, old power house, Dhoraji.
l EMD will be accepted in Cash or by A/c payee DD on the name of “Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd.” only. FDR, MSME/SSI CERTIFICATE is not
valid against EMD
l Rates are to be submitted by Registered post only (RPAD of Speed Post) with Date of Opening and tender subject clearly mentioned on it.
&Tenders without EMD will not be accepted.
l Contractors will have to submit full documents set of all the legal papers required for the purpose with rates quoted by them.
l Documents submitted by contractor during demanding of tender; is require best his knowledge, if any deviation & mal function found in doc.
