impact of Covid19 and adverse market conditions, we are currently facing financial
and economic crunches. Also, we are in the process of resolving the cashflow position.
So, we hereby assure you that your hard-earned money is in safe hands and therefore
we offer you to accept 1/3rd of your total due in current month (by 31st March) and
remaining outstanding in equal instalment for next 2 months (30th April & 31st May).
We are not intending to avoid the dues by any sort.
If the same has been acceptable by you, kindly send signed declaration (attached
herewith)/send confirmation of acceptance through email.
That you will also settle peacefully and amicably with us and not pursue any further
complaints in the future.
We are requesting you to kindly grant us some time so that we can make your
payment accordingly.

remove all the defamatory post made by me from the social media platform and
undertake not to malign the image of the company by using social media or file any
complaint before any government departments/authorities. Further, I undertake to
inform my settlement to the concerned government departments/authorities and
social media requesting to keep such complain in abeyance if any. I understand that
after getting my all dues , my complaint stands withdrawn and i will inform the
respective government department authorities.
In case, I fail to abide the said terms and conditions or found to do the contrary,
the company has the right to forfeit my outstanding dues including taking
actions as deems fit.
