regarding an unauthorized Consumer Loan entry associated with my PAN card in the CIBIL records.

I have recently accessed my credit report and discovered an outstanding balance on a Consumer Loan from HOME
CREDIT, with the account number XXXXXX1218. To my dismay, this loan has been reported under my name and is
adversely affecting my credit score. I want to emphasize that I have no knowledge of, nor have I authorized, any such
loan.

CIBIL record. I would appreciate your prompt action in updating my credit score accordingly.

Additionally, if there is any documentation or proof that this loan was indeed taken by me, I kindly request you to
provide it at the earliest. If there is no such evidence, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to regulatory
authorities, including filing a complaint with the RBI and pursuing legal action against this fraudulent activity.
