This is regarding your account which you have created with us on 05/09/22.
We are sorry to inform you that your account remains deactivated for one year as per the foundings
related to your account as given below.
All these unfortunate events impacts the work cycle and impacts our customers negatively and it
also disrupts our E-Connect marketplace with a ripple effect.
Cancellations from ESPs Impacts customers and then they lose trust and does not post up coming
jobs with us which affect other ESPs who rely with us for managing their life and earning through us.
We truly understand your situation however we are unable to reactivate your account at this time.
We would also like to share that we understand our ESPs needs and thus we provide this great
option where their accounts are not permanently banned for lifetime so that they can again work
with us after one year of account suspension.
We would be extremely happy to see you onboard again after 1 year and we also hope that you will
adhere to our terms and conditions and manage your account well so that it does not get
deactivated again.
