Refund/Withdrawal Clause: A default of three months while subscribing to any of the payment
plans packages will lead to an automatic refund less 30% as administration charges.

A subscriber who defaults in his/her monthly payments become open to price variation of the
garden scheme being subscribed to.

Payment Procedures: All payment instalment should be made with postdated cheques or a
direct debit mandate in order to reduce payment irregularities which can further lead to

Answer: YES, but the company has to be duly informed for documentation
processes.
