3. Further, we would also like to inquire if the accounts above-cited are under the jurisdiction of Zamboanga
Water in terms of repairs and replacement of water meters;

4. For your information, these accounts were apprehended by the ICIU for “Reversed Water Meter” on
separate occasions, however, the respective customer/actual users complained that it was ZCWD personnel
who had recently conducted repair works on their water connections, causing the reversal of their meters;

5. We necessitate these information in order that we may complete our investigation on subject accounts and
determine the cause/s of their reversal of water meters;

6. We would appreciate it the most if you could please respond three (3) working days;

7. For your consideration and appropriate action.
