    CERTIFICATION

    To Whom This May Concern:

    This is to Certify that Poblacion 3 of Taft Eastern Samar is a recipient of the Local
    Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FALGU) in the
    amount of P 1, 000, 000 .00 (One Million Pesos).

    This is to further Certify that per section 4.10 of DBM memorandum Circular 142
    dated January 24, 2022 recipient local government units shall record said amount a for the specific
    purposes for which the funds were received. Per verbal instruction from DILG Eastern Samar Focal
    Persons of the LGSF- FALGU program LGU beneficiaries are to open Trust Account.

    Per coordination with the Punong Barangay of Poblacion 3, Taft Eastern Samar, the
    barangay’s Trust Account Name is Brgy. 03 Pob. Trust Fund Account 2.

    Issued as a requirement in opening a Trust Account of the barangay with Land Bank of
    the Philippines Borongan Branch.
