Yes, the estate layout is in sections and clients can build according to the designated use or plan
for that section (residential/commercial) i.e. Bungalow, Block of flats, Detach Houses (Duplex).

11. CAN I RESELL MY PLOT/PROPERTY?


Yes, a subscriber who has paid up on all land and other fees can resell his/her land. ONELEGIT
requires that the seller furnish the company with details of the buyer. This attracts a 10% charge
(covering transfer of documentation) to be paid to the company by the buyer.

12. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT CONTINUE THE PAYMENT? CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes, you can apply for a refund if you have not been allocated your plot(s). In the event of a
refund, you are required to give the company 36weeks to process your refund request. The
refund will be paid less 40% (10% administrative fee and 30% agency charge).
