Dear Sir,

We are writing this letter to ask for your permission sir if you could allow us to attend a seminar regarding
COSH (Construction Occupational Safety & Health) to be held in Bacolod City on August 27-30. This 4-
day training/seminar would help us a lot gain more knowledge regarding construction safety and
health, more importantly we could use this training to be more effective in supervising our recent
project here in Golden Palm Subdivision and for the future projects.

The registration fee for this seminar will cost 6000php per person and the attendees are Engr. Joebert
Da-anoy (PE) and Engr. Chad Ferrer (QA/QC). If it’s ok with you sir can we ask for financial assistance
for this said seminar only. The total amount is 12,000 Php for the two of us. Other expenses will be
shouldered by us.
