Re: Employee recruitment for a new post.

 This serves as a request for a new employee to be recruited as I have realized that of
recent, we have been experiencing staff shortage in the business. Customers have been
complaining about late delivery of their orders and waiting for a long time before being
served or attended by waiters. The current staff are already committed to their work
duties, so they are unable to cope well with extra responsibility in order to meet
deadlines. I therefore urge you to hire a new waitress to lessen the workload so that
responsibilities may be shared thus increase productivity of the staff.

As the work burden lowers for the current staff, it means that the business will be able to
prevent turn over thus expect annual revenue to increase. A new employee to the team
may help in restoring our regular customers and build a reputable image for the business.

As we are losing customers due to these, I urge that you speedup the process so that we
get back on track very soon to keep the business running.
