all your consent, to give him an unforgettable experience and a memorable 7th birthday.
Creator and Creation Events is a full-service management company to satisfy and meet your
needs. We also specialize in themed birthday parties and cater to our clients' likes and
interests. If you decide to contract our company to organize your son's Raon Henituse birthday
party, we will make sure that you will be able to take part in all decisions to ensure that he will
have the special day that he deserves.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5. The client will have to make a 50% down payment on the budget proposal, and the
remaining amount will be paid or settled upon the completion of the birthday event.
6. Clients' guests are not allowed to bring any food. R & M Catering Services prepared all the
food due to safety and health concerns.
7. In case unpredictable weather happens (heavy rain, typhoon, etc.), Our Company Creator &
Creation Events will not accept sudden changes in the contract as it already purchased the
ingredients that were needed for the package that you had chosen. Otherwise, you will be
charged accordingly.
8. Clients will be charged for the damage or loss of the caterer's equipment that is not due to
the handling of food by the food service personnel. It is also the same for R & M Catering
Services packaging.
9. Only the clients and its authorized representative are allowed to discuss the details about the
event.
10. This agreement cannot be transferred to another party without the written consent of
Creator & Creation Events.
11. This agreement is not binding until it is received and signed by Creator & Creation Events
mangement. It is a must that any changes should be written and signed by both parties. Oral
binding are non-binding.

They will provide the general design as request, also the flavors, and sized.
6. Once Mimi's Heart accepted orders, refund will not considered.
7. Mimi's Heart will not be responsible for any damage to the cake after pick-up setup is
complete.
8. The person who is in charge to picking up and setting up the cake, then assumes all liability
and responsibility for the cake's condition once it's out of Mimi's Heart possession.
9. Mimi's Heart and Creator & Creation Events respects all of our client’s privacy. We will not
denounce or disclose our client’s identity without permission.
10. Only the clients and its authorized representative are allowed to discuss the details about
the event.
