Persons behind J&P partnership events services
• JP Partnership Events Services established after a reunion between five
classmates and friends Josephine (myself), Patrick, Rico, Chamberline
and Hiyas who happened to meet again and discussed about our want and
commitment to open an event business. Since most of us love to eat and
attend gatherings, we wanted to manage our own this time after gaining
resources to start the business. We used our financial resources and
experiences to deal with suppliers and market products and services as we
start this events services. We believe that as we start the partnership
among my friends, we already established partnerships with our clients.
We value and attend to them not as clients or buyers but as PARTNERS.

J&P Partnership Events Services shall perform events planning, designing,
coordinating activities stated in this agreement. The service provided would be in
accordance with our published list of services that you have chosen. Our company
wants your Team Building Day to go without a hitch and will work diligently to
ensure flawless occasion. If however, certain events beyond our control should
prevent us from meeting our high standard and your expectations, we will be held
blameless. We will nevertheless, do everything in or power rectify the situation that
is outside our normal control.

Terms and Conditions

NT R  The Customer/ client needs to pay 50% of the total cost as down payment to
start preparing the things needed in the event

CO
 The customer/ client should pay the rest of the payment one week before the
event including the 10% contingency fund of the total amount.
 Additional overhead will incur additional charges
 This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of services
 Any and all charges made to this letter of agreement must made in writing and
signed by both parties. If the event is cancelled, refunds are limited to
unnamed fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out of
the pocket expenses
 If clients cancelled less than 14days before the event there will be no refund
issued
 The undersigned hereby acknowledge that they have read and fully
understood the contents of the agreement
