ECM Events Inc. is an event planning company that is
located at Las Pinas, Penaranda, Nueva Ecija. It was
established by Ms. Marah L. Marcelo on July 01, 2015. It is a
small events management company that works out to achieve
the most wonderful events that will satisfy all the client that
will inquire in the company. ECM Events Inc. is composed of
professional planners and coordinator that deliver the best
services.

BUS CONTRACT AGREEMENT

• This Contract of Agreement made and entered into this 29th of September 2019 in Penaranda,
Nueva Ecija.
• Ecm Events Inc.- is a duly licensed travel and tours agency accredited by the Dep. Of
Tourism (Accreditation no. TOP-RO3-00004429-2018) located at Las Pinas, Penaraanda
Nueva Ecija

CONTRACT AGREEMENT
This Event Contract states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between  Ecm Events Inc.  having its principal place of
business at Brgy. Las Pinas, Penaranda, Nueva Ecija and phil-estate company agrees to be bound by this Contract.
WHEREAS, the Client is conducting a Educational Field Trip with School address at Pob. I, Penarada, Nueva Ecija on September 15, 2019; and
WHEREAS, Ecm Events Inc. agrees to manage the Event according to the terms and conditions herein.
• Provision of company nurse that will accompany the employees during travelling (payment will be deducted from the contingency fund)
• Provision of bus transportation with complete package.
• Remains of contingency fund will be given to the event coordinator.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties within this Contract, the Company and the Client
covenant and agree as follows:
1. COMPANY’S DUTIES. The Company shall handle the management and planning duties for the Event in the manner mentioned above.
2. PAYMENT. The total cost to be paid to the Company by the Client for the services hereunder shall be_______. 50% of the total payment shall be
given upon signing this contract and the remaining 50% will be given on the day of the event.
3. CANCELLATIONS. In the event circumstances change and the client must cancel the event, the company will make its best efforts to modify its
planning to reflect the client’s needs. However, the client agrees and acknowledges that a change in short notice may cause severe complications for the
company and thus the client shall forfeit its deposit of 20% in the event the client must cancel the event within 30 days of the stated date of the event.
4. PROMOTION. The client hereby authorizes the company to utilize the client’s logo and associated trademarks as well as any media, photos, or
footage from the event, in promoting the company’s services.
5. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS IN WRITING. No modification of this contract shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
6. APPLICABLE LAW. This contract and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state
of Philippines and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the parties has executed this contract, both parties by its duly authorized officer, as of the day and year set forth

LIST OF SAFETY AND SECURITY
MEASURE DURING THE EDUCATIONAL
FIELD TRIP
• Every participants has PHP 25,000 covered insurance with Php 10,000 medical
reimbursement from Fortune Life.
• Air-conditioned buses from bus company or other bus company.
• Services of a reliable pro-active tourist guides per bus.
• Both agency and the company bus make sure that all drivers follow their safety
precautions.
• Services of a registered nurse with first-aid kit
• All tour guides have their bus number for calling the passengers
• Tour guides make sure that all passengers are sitting comfortably
