I. Rationale

The Saint Paul School of Professional Studies commemorates its founding anniversary every
academic year and this year marks its 25th Silver Founding Anniversary Celebration. This
commemoration will also be co-celebrated by the school’s month-long Intramurals. Because of
this said celebration, various activities will be held including academic, socio-cultural, and sports
events. These activities are for the whole Paulinian community to anticipate and enjoy.

One of the annual activities of the school is the EntrepMall. This activity is an Income-
Generating Project and also a Self-Liquidating Activity that is collectively participated by the
students, and also businesses outside of the school. It will showcase the skills and abilities of
student entrepreneurs in managing various enterprises. It will develop and expand their
knowledge in pursuit of becoming an entrepreneur in the future.

II. Objectives

In addition, this activity aims to achieve numerous objectives specifically;

a. to be able to show the Paulinian community the products and services that will be ready
to be served and produced for the entirety of the school,
b. to allow student entrepreneurs generate income during their participation in this activity,
and lastly;
c. to be able to instill and develop the skills and abilities of becoming a successful
entrepreneur in the future.

III. Proposed Date and Schedule of Activities

It is a weeklong celebration from August 22-28, 2019 that will be accompanied by several
activities for the celebration of this activity.

IV. Resources

In order to successfully execute this event, every participant of the EntrepMall shall be
utilizing the following needed resources:
a) Venue – is the area where the event shall be conducted, namely:
 SPSPS Parking Lot
 SPSPS Student’s Lounge
 Mary Ngo Auditorium

b) Tables, Chairs, Microphones & Speakers – are to be asked together with a written
permission addressed to Mr. Concordio Denaya (Director of Facilities Operations and
Maintenance Office).
c) Manpower – is assigned and will be handled by the facilitators, the PSG, and the
participants of the event.
d) Event Decoration – to be able to attract buyers of the products and services. It will be
handled by the facilitators, the PSG, MASKI and the participants of the event.
