1. Presence of expected students and parents who Coordinate and communicate with the faculty and members
will attend the graduation. of the School about the expected attendees during and after
the graduation

2. Power interruption Have a stand by power generator

3. Sound System/Technical Problem Have a back up sound system set and laptop.

4. Shortage of money/food Have standby extra menus and set a contingency fund
We have Advised the caterer to provide buffer for 20
persons. Expected guest is only 150 pax, the catering
package is for 160 pax.

5. Unexpected accidents Have a standby medics.

6. Congested Parking Coordinate and communicate with the guest vehicle.
