Events management must always be proactive, getting ready for the emergency and providing
immediate solutions.

4. Shortage of money/food Have standby extra menus and set a contingency fund
We have Advised the caterer to provide buffer for 20
persons. Expected guest is only 150 pax, the catering
package is for 160 pax.
