A pleasant morning to each and every one.

As the 'Familia Georgians' continues to grow with

the addition of new family members, we are once again able to physically gather as one
family, albeit a large and happy one. And with that, I am truly happy.

In an excellent educational system, everybody wins. Good education is the key. But the
school has to lead the culture on this one. The ridiculous popularity of books like Men Are
from Mars, Women Are from Venus (Gray, 1993) is a relatively mild indication of the kind
of societal stereotypes the school has to overcome. To create an environment where diversity
is truly recognized, equity must be integrated into the core mission of each working area
within the school. This is perhaps the essence of today's event. We are extremely fortunate
because the school has worked tirelessly to make this event a reality. Responding Sexual
Orientation and Gender Based bullying is this year's theme, and the topic we'll be discussing
today will help us recognize the importance of designing inclusive environments.

I guess everyone is ready and eager to learn, participate, and enjoy today's event, so without
further delay ladies and gentlemen let’s get started.

To formally start the program, may we please call in, let us have offer a moment of silence as
we grace this afternoon with an opening prayer. This will be followed by the singing of the
nationalistic song, which will be played thru an AVP.
May I request everyone to please stand? Thank you.

You may now be seated. Thank you, Ma’am Nancy, and thank you, teachers.

And now friends, ladies, and gentlemen, to give us a warm welcome message, let us give the
floor to our ever beloved, supportive, dedicated, woman of beauty beyond definition, ladies
and gentlemen, our OIC, Mrs. Rachel R. Solis. Let’s give her a round of applause, please!

Thank you so much, Ma’am Solis for that heartwarming message.

Before we get into the meat of the lecture, let's get acquainted with the house rules that will
be enforced throughout the session.
(read the house rules)

And now, our dear teachers, let us all welcome with enthusiasm our EPS-Math and Parent
Supervisor, Mr. Anthony Zeus C. Caringal to give us some inspirational message to be
reflected upon.

Thank you so much, Sir Caringal.

The moment we are all waiting for is here. To help us get acquainted with what this event
will be about, to clearly state the relevance of the topic, friends let us give resounding
applause for the hardworking, intelligent, and resilient GAD Coordinator, Mr. Sonny Boy
Padua. Sir?
