Script for Management Committee

Intro Management’s job is to convey leadership’s message in a compelling

and inspiring way. Not just in meetings, but also by example. Welcome
to our 2nd School’s Division of Capiz Management Committee Meeting.
This serves as a forum for comprehensive review and integration of
inputs for all guidelines, policies, issuances and for surfacing of issues
affecting education in Capiz.

Greetings to our school leaders led by Dr. Salvador O. Ochavo, Jr., CESO
V, our ASDS Sir Jose Niro R. Nillasca, our CID Chief, Dr. Segundina F
Dollete, our SGOD Chief Dr. Marlon P. Destreza, our Education Program
Supervisors and Specialists, our Public School District Supervisors, our
Elementary school heads, our Secondary Schools Heads, our Integrated
School Heads in the First Disctrict of Capiz.

The District of Pontevedra warmly welcomes you all with the leadership
of our Public School District Supervisor Sir Zaldy B. Caalam.
Let’s first have a roll call for participants:

Thank you everyone. I guess, we’re ready to set the pace of this
morning ManCom Meeting.

Preliminarie Let us now commence by paying our salutation to the National Flag with
s the Singing of the Philippine National Anthem which will be played on
air. It will be followed by our collective adoration to the Almighty by a
prayer to be led by Dr. Geneluz D. Bermejo and a tribute of respect to
our Province with the singing of Capiz Hymn. Our gesture of reverence
and silence is highly desired.
Let’s now have our Roll Call for the participants.

Netiquettes For the smooth running of our ManCom Meeting, allow me to state
some netiquettes:
 Kindly keep your audio on mute while somebody is speaking/
presenting.
 Be prepared (notebook, ball pen and questions to be asked). All
clarifications and questions will be entertained one at a time
 after the presentation.
 Let us be mindful of the time so we can maximize the
discussion. Keep on-line on the given time schedule.
 Snacks and other preparations must be done before the virtual
activity.
 Please Dress appropriately.
 Let us keep the discussion respectful and polite. Avoid posting

discussion.
