Proposed Solution

Call to Order

The meeting in the Discussing Feedbacks/ Results and Proposed Solutions was held in
the Conference Room at the Recto Building on November 11, 2020 (Wednesday). It started
at exactly 9:00 in the morning and was presided by the School Governance and Operation
Chair with Mrs. Gloria D. De Castro as secretary.

Agenda

 Concerning about the Results of Feedback Mechanism Survey: LMES

teachers conducted survey on feedback mechanisms. And the result of this
survey discussed in this meeting. Almira B. Limbo consolidated and presented
the overall results of the survey. Mrs. Gloria D. De Castro reviewed each
question of the conducted survey. And with that survey most of the
parents/learners answered our monitoring tool survey.
 Mrs. Gloria D. De Castro discussed the questioners 1-5 of the monitoring tool
survey. Through the report most of the respondents in this area agreed and
supported in the content of that survey.
 Mrs. Daisy V. Malco, Master Techer1 discussed respectively the questions 6-10.
In questions 6-10 ,only question number 10 got the least score which is about
:Sa layunin ng paaralang makamit ang edukasyon ng mga bata na may
QUALITY sa tulong ninyo bilang partner ng paaralan, kayo po ba ay naniniwala
na makakamit ng paaaralan ang adhikain ito gamit ang ating proseso at
pamamaraan?
 In this result,our principal asked interventions to cope the satisfaction in this
matter.
Teachers/advisers gave their feedback about this question.We believed that in
our kind of situation is truly expected that result. So based in this tool teachers
can give interventions in this matter.

 Concerning about the Proposed Solutions about the Feedback Mechanism

survey: Our Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Rosanna T. Delos Reyes proposed
interventions to address learners needs to have quality education.
 Ma’am Rose advised her co-teachers to give some learning materials with
different learning activities. Ma’am Irene suggested that every retrieval of the
LMS and answer sheets, advisers will give some printed activities. Ma’am Daisy
also suggested that remedial activities will be given to those learners that need
most attentions and enrichment activities will be given to those fast learners.
Mrs Gloria D. D. Castro and Mr. Russell L. Perez reminded us that we should
 also monitor our students frequently in any different ways on how we can
deliver good services and quality education.
 The advisers/teachers agreed to those suggested interventions. All advisers will
give printed learning materials everyretrieval and those with access in the
internet will be sending some files as serve as their additional learning
materials.

The meeting was adjourned at 10 o’clock in the morning.
