3. Remarks include the score obtained by the SH based on the MOV presented. It may also contain suggestion/s or note/s that may help the SH improve on the Indicator in focus.
4. A photocopy of this Tool may be given to the SH for future reference.
5. In the case of a newly transferred school head to a school, MOVs done in the previous school shall be presented.
