EVENT CONTRACT
Deluxe Color Events is committed to provide the mentioned services for Mr.
and Ms. Dela Fuentes daughters 7th Birthday Celebration, which will be held
on December 27, 2016 Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Hanging Gardens
Events Venue Fairview, Quezon City.

Given the said services, the client agreed on paying 50% deposit upon
agreement (non-refundable) and the remaining 50% will be paid on the said
event.

Deluxe Color Events will be responsible for setting-up and down of materials
and equipments used in the said event.
