i.Planner Events Services is located at Rm 4 Brilliant Bldg., Circumferential Rd.,
San Roque, Antipolo City. Owned and managed by Mrs. Analyn O. Soriano, who aspires
to help clients who want their events to run smoothly and help them reduce their stress
and enable the client's to enjoy the event.
Established in 2012, i.Planner Events Services is a small business which aims to
help the clients in saving their stress and event budget without sacrificing the WOW-
factor they are hoping to achieve. With branches coming soon, i.Planner Events will
surely deliver nothing but the best. With coherent, dynamic and uniquely talented in-
house team of event strategists, we will stretch out the market to be the most
established brand in the industry.
As a premier Events Management provides the whole package; from planning
and consulting, down to the supervision of corporate as well as life events.

Action Plan
To achieve the event as planned, the management will ensure that they are
working with the best committee. The best people to train and motivate the support
staff. The well-budgeted scheme should be followed to avoid the over budget problem.
The management will sit down with the appropriate people to settle on and approve a
budget. Services provided by corporate partners should have their pre-event testing to
avoid technical problems during the event. The venue should have the holding area for
early bird visitors.
Growing demand for event services entices new events companies to arise. By
establishing good relations to clients and giving the best services will ensure that the
client, as well as the guests, to spread the name and service of the company through
word of mouth (referrals). A good reputation to corporate partners will ensure a life-
long partnership and sponsorship. Unexpected events, like bad weather, the company
will have the venue covered. In case of heavy traffic due to closed roads, early
notification to the client and guests will be circulated to make a way for them to leave
early to avoid time constraints.
Strategies and Promotion
In developing our event planning business, it's important to market in order to
grow your client base. Networking is at the top of the list in terms of developing a strong
client base. Networking can help our business in two ways. Clients and people we have
met and know what services we offer, they may refer business to you or use your
service themselves. Furthermore, networking with hotels, caterers and so on will give
you a chance to meet some of the people whose services we may need as we plan
events.
Our company considers advertising in our local newspaper or in a regional
magazine, to reach prospective corporate and upscale clients. We also give business
cards, flyers and informative brochures. Digital advertising by means of social media
(Facebook, Instagram and Corporate website) will give the prospective clients what will
they expect on our services by posting some tidbits of some events handled.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Supply Agreement (the Agreement) is effective (January 20, 2019)

BETWEEN: [Kevin and Karen’s Party Needs] {the “Supplier”},


a company organized and existing under the laws of the [Binangonan,

AND: [i.Planner Events Services] {the “Purchaser”},

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS [KEVIN AND KAREN’S PARTY NEEDS] currently supplies and distributes
[party needs] {the “Product”}.

WHEREAS [KEVIN AND KAREN’S PARTY NEEDS], for the price and subject to the terms
and conditions contained herein, is prepared to sell and deliver to the Purchaser, on an
ongoing basis and as its exclusive supplier, and the Purchaser is prepared to buy on this
basis from [KEVIN AND KAREN’S PARTY NEEDS], all of the Purchaser’s Product
requirements.

NOW, THERFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS AND


AGREEMENTS HERETO CONTAINED AND FOR OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE
CONSIDERATION, DULLY RECEIVED, THE PARTIES HERE TO AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

1. Whenever used in this Agreement, the schedules thereto, or any ancillary


document thereto, the following terms unless the subject matter or context
otherwise requires, shall have the following meaning:

1.1 “Agreement” means of refers to this agreement as amended from time to


time and any indenture, agreement or instrument supplemental or
ancillary hereto or implementation hereof;

1.2 “Business Day” means any day excluding Saturday Sunday and any other
day which in [Binangonan, Rizal Philippines] is a legal holiday or a day on
which financial institutions are authorized by law or by local
proclamation to close;

1.3 “Person” means any individual, company, corporation, partnership, firm,


trust, sole proprietorship, government or entity howsoever designated or
consulted; and

1.4 “Product” means or refers to [Fresh Flowers] sold pursuant to this


Agreement.

2. OBLIGATION OF KEVIN AND KAREN PARTY NEEDS

2.1 To refund or replace commodities those are faulty or not compatible with
standard specifications or not useable for the purpose of contact.

2.2 To announce price of commodity or service.

2.3 To notify/announce hazards related to using the commodities/ products.

2.4 To hand the consumer an appropriate invoice of the commodity that it


bought and not to force it buy additional quantities of no use to the
consumer, or buy other commodity or to ask it pay a higher than
announced.

2.5 To provide consumer with clear details on service it will obtain including and
benefits, features and related costs.

3. OBLIGATION OF i.PLANNER EVENT SERVICES

3.1 Must respect of the terms and conditions and payment schedule.

3.2 Must inform the supplier ahead to the said date needed the materials/supplies.

3.3 Any loss of said rented materials/supplies shall be paid by the Purchaser.

This agreement shall take effect upon signing of contract in witness thereof, the parties
hereto execute and place first the above written.

Impact
Community Impact
The event aims to benefit companies in their quest towards a more competitive
business practice within their systems and also promotes services and products of
microenterprises within the vicinity of Rizal, hence providing employment
opportunities to the community. An education opportunity to less-fortunate yet
deserving students is also appropriated from the company’s scholarship foundation.
The company also gives free annual medical and dental services to the community. We
also support NGO’s tree-planting activities.

Economic Impact
Clients’ expenditures to planned events contribute to the income generated by
the company that will sustain its management and its employees. Exposure of
corporate partners’ services and products attracts new clients and consumers.
Company’s growth means expansion thus, giving employment opportunities within the
community.

This document serves as a binding contract between MRS. FRANCIS LYN F.


DUMA, hereafter known as “Client”, and i.Planner Events Services,
hereafter known as “Planner”, signed JUNE 28, 2019. The Client desires to
engage the services of the Planner for the 7TH Birthday Party on August 10,
2019 at BRCC, Binangonan, Rizal. Both parties agree to abide by the
following conditions:

1. The Event will be as follows: 7th Birthday Party

2. The Planner will be in charge of the following aspects of the event:


Setting up the venue
Coordinate/Contact speakers/chef speakers and Emcee/s
Coordinate/Contact suppliers (Lights and sounds, food catering
services, programs and invitations)
Coordinate/Contact security officers that will ensure safety of the
performers and the audience
Accommodation of the Performers (including food accommodation)
Payment for each supplier
*Payment for the venue shall be waved to government

3. Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be deposited in favor of


i.Planner Events as down payment to reserve the services of the
suppliers. Any remaining deposit to complete the full deposit amount
should be remitted one (1) month from the initial down payment.

4. Any due amounts not paid on time shall be charged two (2) per cent per
month as penalties. Otherwise, automatic cancellation after five (5) days
of failure to remit payment.
4. In addition to event design, Planner’s duties will include but not limited to
drawing up contracts for suppliers, speakers and putting down
deposits, etc.

5. Necessary lodging/travel costs incurred by the Planner will be covered by


the Host.

6. The Planner agrees to use Host’s company logo and no other where
desired.

7. The Client agrees to acknowledge the Planner’s services including the


Planner’s logo

8. The Client will not enter into any contracts on behalf of the Planner or
without the Planner’s knowledge or consent.

9. The Client will be in charge to contact with the sponsors but the Planner
can do so with the knowledge or consent of the Client, provided that once
the Planner contacts the sponsor, 10% of the total donation shall go to the
Planner.

10. Deposits are non-refundable. If the Host cancels the event, no refund
will be given.
