Greetings!.
We at Event Savvy believe that the most important aspect in every organization are its
employees, hence, we would like to propose a team-building for your company and because it
is already Christmas season, the said team building will also serve as your company’s
Christmas party.. We propose that this event be held on December 21-22, 2017 at Shercon
Resort and Ecology Park in Brgy. San Sebastian, Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas.
We are well aware that all of your employees have a tough job and so they deserve
pampering. The event will cover great food, wonderful venue, and excellent service. Thus,

This hire agreement is intended for use where one party, réussi events management, hires out
a vehicle to another party Amzol Van Rentals. It can be used for renting a car, van or other
road-going vehicle.
The agreement is reasonably straightforward and contains details of the Vehicle, the Hire
Charge and the Hire Period in a Schedule, which should be completed and attached to the
agreement when it is signed by and between the following parties:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

6. The renter is to pay Php 3500/van (amount of money to be paid as rent) to the rental
Company. The day before the event, the renter will pay 50% of the total rental fee. This
amount shall be subtracted from the total rental fee. The remaining balance of the total
rental fee must be paid in full a day after the event (unless other arrangements are
accepted by Event Savvy management)

7. The contract only permits the renter to use the van and is not an ownership transfer.
8. The rented vans come with a driver without additional fee.
9. The vehicles should be driven by qualified drivers only, Also any loss or damage must be
notified immediately by Event Savvy management.
10. The rented vans should be at HJB CalinisanCustoms Brokerage office and garage (San
Pedro, Sto. Tomas, Batangas) by 12:00nn of Dec. 21, 2017 to pick up the participants and
take them to the event venue at Shercon Resort and Ecology Park (Brgy. San Sebastian,
Mataas Na Kahoy, Batangas).
11. The driver may leave upon the arrival of the participants and be back for their departure
on Dec. 22, 2017 at exactly 2:00pm.
12. The van may be requested to come earlier or later than the agreed time upon the
agreement of Event Savvy management and HJB Calinisan Customs Brokerage.
13. If the vehicle breaks down the Owner has to provide a replacement vehicle if he has one
that is suitable. If he does not, a rebate of the Hire Charge while the Vehicle is unusable
would be appropriate if the problem is not the fault of the Hirer.
14. The Hirer is liable for paying any parking charges or speeding fines and he also
indemnifies the Owner against various liabilities and risks. However, if he owner supplies
a defective vehicle, which causes death or injury to an individual.
15. The Owner is given the right to terminate and recover the vehicle if the Hirer becomes
insolvent or commits any breach of the agreement.
16. Amzol Van Rentals may not transfer this contract to another party without the prior
written consent of Event Savvy management.
17. This agreement is not binding until received and signed by Event Savvy management.
Any changes must be written and signed by both parties. Oral agreements are non-
binding. The latest contract supersedes all previous contracts between Amzol Van Rentals
and Events Savvy management for the event listed above. If any clause in this Agreement
is found to be unenforceable by a court of law, the rest of this Agreement shall remain in
full force and effect.
18. This agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, and each such executed
counterpart shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute a single
agreement. Facsimile signatures to this Agreement are acceptable and carry with it the
same full force and effect as an original signature
19. Event Savvy management may elect not to exercise rights specified in this agreement. By
doing so, Event Savvy management does not waive their right to exercise those rights at a
future date.

5. Scope of work: It is hereby agreed to and understood that Event Savvy management,
in exchange for remuneration as set forth in Paragraph 6 of this subject agreement, I
Julaida L. Dichosa, will provide the following services:
6. The total event planning fee agreed upon is Php 134,750.00. A non-refundable
reservation fee of Php 40,425.00 (30%) is required to secure Events Savvy
management for the event. This amount shall be subtracted from the event planning
fee. The remaining balance of the event planning fee must be paid in full BEFORE
the start of your event (unless other arrangements are accepted by Event Savvy
management. Any payments received less than 2 weeks before the event must be by
cash. Personal checks are accepted up to 2 weeks before the event. All checks shall be
made payable to Event Savvy
7. Event Savvy management represents and warrants to client that it has the experience
and ability to perform the services required by this agreement; that it will perform said
services in a professional, competent and timely manner; that it has the power to enter
into and perform this agreement; and that its performance of this Agreement shall not
infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party or violate any federal, state and
municipal laws. However, client will not determine or exercise control as to general
procedures or formats necessary to have these services meet client's satisfaction.
8. This agreement of Event Savvy management to perform shall be excused by acts of
God, or any other legitimate condition beyond management control. If such
circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by management to find

comparable replacement event planning at the agreed upon fees. In the event that
management is unable to procure a replacement, Client shall receive a full refund of
all fees paid to Event Savvy management. Client agrees that in all such circumstances,
Event Savvy management liability shall be exclusively limited to refunding the fees
paid and that the management shall not be liable for indirect or consequential
damages arising from any breach of this contract.

5. Event Savvy management agrees to pay an initial non-refundable DEPOSIT of Php
10,000 for the event. This amount shall be subtracted from the venue rental fee. The
remaining balance of the venue rental fee must be paid in full BEFORE the start of
event. This payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date.
6. In the event the CLIENT is forced to change the date of the every effort will be made
by Shercon Resort and Ecology Park to transfer reservations to support the new date.
7. The client agrees to reimburse the company for any material loss or damage caused by
guests.
8. The participants for the team-building must conform to the rules set by Shercon
Resort and Ecology Park
9. Any food will be prepared on premises by Shercon Resort and Ecology Park due to
Health & Safety
10. At any time, if the venue staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff
has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from
the premises.
11. If staff at the venue suspect the use of any illegal substances they have the authority to
evict the party(s) involved

12. Event Savvy may not transfer this contract to another party without the prior written
consent of Event Savvy management.
13. This agreement is not binding until received and signed by Event Savvy management.
