CONTRACT WITH THE CLIENT
This agreement, made this January 5, 2021 and between 행복 (Haengbok) Events Co. hereafter referred to us: “BernFord I DO” Filipiniana
Themed Wedding and the client, DANIEL FORD.

WITNESSETH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement herein contained, “BernFord I DO” Filipiniana Themed Wedding

Planner and the founder of the wedding hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

THE PARTY PLANNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. The 행복 (Haengbok) Events Co shall provide services for the Filipiniana Themed Wedding on the 25th day of MAY, 2021 at the approximate
time of: 3:00PM at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel at Mandaluyong City.

2. The 행복 (Haengbok) Events Co. will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
– E-mail confirmation reserving the date, time, location of the Wedding
– Review of all supliers contracts and confirmation of supliers services 1-2 weeks.
– Assistance in the development of a Wedding preparation in line with the IATF Guidelines and Protocols.
– Directing services on the Wedding ceremony and reception
– Provision of complete emergency kit and safety health protocols
– Personal management of the Wedding program

This event contract states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between 행복 (Haengbok) Events Co. having its principal business
in 91 Maginhawa, Diliman, Quezon City, Manila
행복 (Haengbok) Events Co. and Mr. Daniel Ford who agrees to be bound by this contract.
  WHEREAS, the client is conducting their “BernFord I DO” Filipiniana Themed Wedding on May 25, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the company agrees to manage the event according to the terms and conditions herein
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties within this contract, the company and the client covenant and
agree as follows:
1. COMPANY DUTIES. The company shall handle the management and planning duties for the event in the manner described on schedule attached hereto.
2. PAYMENT. The total cost to be paid to the company by the client for services hereunder shall be Php 2,823,135.00 for 100 confirmed pax with 25 pax buf-
fer. Prices are exclusive of VAT and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3. CANCELLATIONS. In the event circumstances change and the client must cancel the Event, the company will make its best effort to modify its planning to
reflect the client’s needs. However, the Client agrees and acknowledges that a change in short notice may cause severe complications for the company and thus
the client shall forfeit its deposit in the amount of P50,000 in the event, the client must cancel the event at least two weeks before the stated date of event.
4. PROMOTION. The Client hereby authorizes the Company to utilize the Client’s logo and associated trademarks as well as any media, photos, or footage
from the event, in promoting the company’s services.
5. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS IN WRITING. No modification of this Contract shall be valid unless in writing and agreed by both parties.
6. CONTINGENCY FUND EXCESS. In the event where Contingency Fund is not utilized or in excess of the utilization, the 75% of unutilized contingency
fund shall be awarded to the events management team and the other 25% will be a refund to the client.
7. APPLICABLE LAW. This Contract and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and constituted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the parties has executed this Contract, both parties by its duly authorized officer, as of the day and year set for below.
