your upcoming alumni homecoming event, we would be thrilled to be a part of your special day.
We have more than 3 years’ experience coordinating different events and providing memorable, stress-
free events. Should you decide to contact with us, we will make sure that you are able to take part in all
the fun decisions regarding your alumni homecoming without having to worry about the often stressful
particulars. From the moment you become our client, we look out for your best interests, from contracting

EVENT BILLING
The Gene’uine Events Services requires a down payment of fifty percent (50%) for
reservation on the specific date. And additional of thirty percent (30%) must be paid one month
prior to the date of the event. And the remaining twenty percent (20%) shall be paid in full on the
day of the event.
For check payments, please pay the total amount three weeks (3 weeks) before the due
date. All check payments must be place under the name of the Gene’uine Events Services.

TERMS OF CONDITIONS
1. Documentation
- Terms & Conditions may differ without prior notice
2. Prices
- All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable duties & taxes
3. Payment Terms
- Payment to be done in 50:30:20 ratio
4. Late Payment Policy
- Penalties will be applied @5% the outstanding value
5. Cancellation
- If there will be cancellations made by the client, all payments made will be forfeited

1. The suppliers shall maintain a Quality System Adequate to ensure the products or services will meet all the
SPECIFIED REQUIREMENTS.
2. The Supplier shall a system in place to prevent the use of counterfeit parts.
3. Suppliers shall provide a Test Report or Certificate of Compliance verifying that the order meets all the
referenced standards as well as applicable commercial standards.
4. All orders are subject to a RECEIVING INSPECTIONS by Gene’uine Event Services.
5. Such Changes MUST BE APPROVED by Gene’uine Event Services.
6. If the Supplier fails to deliver the materials as per agreed schedule, penalty will be imposed by the
purchaser at the rate of the total contract for each day of delay.
7. The quality and the quantity of the materials shall be as per the specification given by the purchaser as well
as sample submitted by the purchaser and approved by the purchaser.
8. All of the materials shall be in good conditions.
9. The partnership is set up to briefly se out purpose of partnership.
10. Must follow the rules and regulations.
