CONTRACT WITH THE CLIENT
This agreement, made this November 25 , 2021 and between Moments: The Events Place hereafter referred to us: The
Corporate Christmas Party and the client, Big Day Events Management and Services Inc. .
WITNESSETH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement herein contained, The Corporate Christmas
Party.
Planner and the founder of the Christmas Party hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.The Party Planner shall provide services for the Corporate Christmas on the 20th day of DECEMBER, 2021 at the
approximate time of: 5:00PM at the Moments: The Events Place located at BRGY. PUTTING TUBIG Gapan City, Nueva
Ecija.
2.The Party Planner will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
E-mail confirmation reserving the date, time, location of the Corporate Christmas Party.
Review of all vendors contracts and confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks.
Assistance in the development of a Christmas party itinerary.
Directing services on the Christmas party for a maximum of four to five hours.
Provision of complete emergency kit.
Personal management of the Christmas party program.

POSSIBLE RISK & DISCREPANCIES
• CROWD CONTROL – check the number of attendees, checking of
temperature and sanitary precaution before entering the main reception.
They will also monitor the social distancing and necessary health protocols
• FOOD POISONING/CONTAMINATION – the caterer will be strictly monitored
from preparation and proper handling.
• PARKING SPACE – sufficient parking space is available. There will be
assigned person to assist.
• SECURITY – area has a personnel and emergency equipment to maintain
peace and order.
• UNAUTHORIZED MOVING OF FURNITURE OR ANYTHING IN THE VENUE –
My team will be liable to the things they moved or destroy.
• ABSENCE OF CONTRACTOR– Final Confirmation before the event.
• ABSENCE OF THE MASTER OF THE CEREMONY – Make sure to have at
least two contact emcees.
