full 7 working days prior to the event's scheduled start date. When making a reservation, a
bill-back option must be specified. Authorization is at the hotel's discretion. The catering
service may cancel any event for which advance payment is more than 7 working days
overdue, and the cancellation fees described in clause 5 of this legally binding agreement will

regarding any portion of an invoice must be brought to the event’s head attention. The

The event’s head has the right to charge interest for overdue payments at a rate of 4 percent.
Please be aware that our pricing are listed as net and without commission. As necessary,
value added tax at the current rate will be applied.
Every effort is made to ensure your safety, and we make sure that the locations and operations
of our suppliers comply with applicable laws and are adequately insured. Some arrangements
have some aspects of risk, and we disclaim all liability for any loss or harm you may sustain
as a result of participating in such arrangements.

Terms and Conditions:

Any damages and breakages to the hotel must be paid for by the client. As soon as the issue
happens, the client must notify it. If there is serious damage, the hotel maintains the right to
charge for any repairs or making good. Should this be necessary, the hotel will charge for
additional cleaning.
Only in situations where wrongdoing on the part of the event results in loss or damage to the
property, will the hotel be held responsible to the client and/or attendees of the function for
personal injuries or property damage.
There will be additional cancellation fees if the number of guests drops below the minimum
number that was agreed upon between the client and the hotel.
If the organization suspects a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they may refuse
them participation. There won't be a refund in these situations.
In the case of a postponement or cancellation, the firm bears no responsibility for consequential
losses suffered by the customer, such as hotels and flights.
The parties thus submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, which shall govern and
be construed in line with these Terms and Conditions.
