Aesthetic designs are a service company/ that provides excellent service and creates
lasting memories. In an industry with many competitors, the company provides an excellent
service that would satisfy customer needs. The company makes their customers' dreams come
true by providing them with what they require. The business provides numerous event services,
including Wedding, Baptism, Birthdays, etc. Customers are provided with a service that is both
affordable and of high quality. On March 2nd, 2023, Creatives will provide planning event for
Drake Cruz's sixth birthday celebration. The event will take place at “The manila Hotels Events
and Accommodation". The event's theme is spaceship because the target audience is likely the
same age as the celebrant and will adore the theme, but I added a bar for older guests. The
event will commence at 5:00 p.m. and conclude at 10:00 p.m.
II.Introduction

MISSION: By utilizing our creativity, uniqueness, and vision, we will deliver unforgettable events
and experiences that will be loved forever. The purpose of the business plan is to act as a
jumping off point for the establishment of a company. For the company to be successful, it
needs to be ideally adapted to a competitive market that has few obstacles to both entering
and leaving the market. Because there is such a high demand for venues that are focused on
the community, we make it a point to offer our customers venues that are designed with the
community in mind.
Those who are interested in hosting fantastic get-togethers can benefit from daily party
planning in several ways. This is exactly why we decided to start our own company; we are not
only concerned in turning a profit, but also in making sure our customers are satisfied and
giving them the kind of celebration, they've been dreaming of. In addition, because our rates
are not exorbitantly high, we are able to improve the quality of our work and make it more
appealing by utilizing supplies that are both affordable and of a good quality.

WHO: The target audience for the event is primarily Family, Relatives, Birthday Friends of the
celebrant, godmother and godfather, the family friends, two sister’s friends but it is also expected
to attract birthday planner, event organizers, caterers, and other.
WHAT: The 6th Grand Birthday Party of Drake Cruz
WHEN: The event is scheduled for on the May 2, 2023, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
WHERE: The event will take place at The Manila Hotel
HOW: A team of wedding planners and event organizers will design and execute the event,
providing the essential resources and services to ensure its success.
Drake Cruz turns 6th Grand Party is about celebrating the most awaited day of Drake, this is to make her day
extra special and also part of fulfilling their family tradition. This event is a great chance to have a family
togetherness, as well as to have bonding with friends. This will also be a great opportunity for the company
to gain more knowledge and skills in managing and organizing an event. This event will be attended by the
event organizers, planners, family, friends, sponsors and the host. The event is to be held at The Hotel Manila
and all attendees are required to wear space theme attire. The event will be March 2, 2023.

is happening & it is also Drake's family tradition to fulfill a lot of them will be more attracted , some may be curious what kind
of grandest party will be happening and also they will be surely expected the outcome of the highlights of the event.
VI. Implementation
Aesthetic Designs Management Company is one of the best when it comes to Event
Planner Designs and more the capacity of guest is up to 200. That’s why we must manage to
achieve a big space for guest comfortable with design theme, catering, Band, Bar, photographer
and videographer.
Due to the magnitude of this event, a large number of human resources will be required. We
require five (7) people for the catering; two (2) will be responsible for food distribution, and the
remaining three (3) will function as attendants who attend to the needs of the guests. On the door, two
(6) additional individuals will be responsible for greeting incoming visitors and checking their names
against guest lists. In addition, two additional individuals will serve as event hosts for a total of nineteen
(15) human resources.
