The Splendid Events Comp. Was established by Fatima Nakpil and Mary Joyce Nacion that is
dedicated to execellent Quality service, Last april 14, 2016 in Makati, Philippines. The
company’s name originated from the names of said partner
The Splendid Events Comp. is the perfect choice when having to provide a solution to your
event planning/coordinating requirements. Our priority is to understand our client’s goal, working
alongside from vision to reality to create unique and unforgettable event.
Our credibility is built through our strong and consistent communication with the client
throughout the project. Just because an event ends, it does not signal the end of relationship.
We at Splendid Events Comp. are able to assist our client to discuss and provide feedback
about the overall running of the project from the planning stage until the last guest leaves.
The Splendid Events Comp. is creating a service-based company whose value is exceeding

As of 2017, Splendid Events Comp. catered its high quality service to some of the famous
events. Some of which are Binibining Pilipinas 2016, Cultural event in Pangasinan, Concert of
BTS, Fashion event in Toronto Fashion Week, Weddings held in Manila Peninsula, Food Expo
held in SMX convention Center.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SPLENDID EVENTS COMP. will provide full professional service including but not limited to
event managing, hosting, staging, directorship, and will provide the necessary supplies for the
VIBRANT RUN 2019 which will be held AUGUST 1, 2019 from the hours of 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM
at Mckinley West event area, Block 18, Taguig City , TAGUIG CITY, PHILIPPINES will pay the
total amount of PHP 1,032,500 for the entire service provided. One half of the total expenses
PHP 516,250 is to be paid upon completion of the contract as a deposit to hold the date,
(deposit is not refundable) and the balance of the total amount to be paid on the date of the
event.
SPLENDID EVENTS COMP. will furnish labor and equipment, materials, including set up and
breakdown.

1. I acknowledge that my participation entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in
injury or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply
cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. THE RISKS
INCLUDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS: FALLING OFF THE STAGE RESULTING IN

INJURIES. Furthermore, Splendid Events Comp. employees have difficult jobs to perform. They
seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant’s fitness or
abilities. They may give incomplete warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used
might malfunction.
2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all the risks existing in this activity. My
participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of risks.
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Splendid Events Comp. from any and ALL claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in
any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of Splendid Events Comp .
equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or emissions of
Splendid Events Comp .
4. Should Splendid Events Comp . or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur
attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them
harmless for all such fees and costs.
5. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer
while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further
certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.
6. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the
remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during
my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to
maintain a lawsuit against Splendid Events Comp. on the basis of any claim from which I have
released them herein.

2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all the risks existing in this activity. My
participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of risks.
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Splendid
Events Comp. from any and ALL claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected
with my participation in this activity or my use of Splendid Events Comp . equipment or facilities, including
any such claims which allege negligent acts or emissions of Splendid Events Comp .
4. Should Splendid Events Comp . or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees
and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and
costs.
5. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while
participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am
willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.
6. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions
shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my
participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit

participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit
against Splendid Events Comp. on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein.

event managing, hosting, staging, directorship, and will provide the necessary supplies for the

injury or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply
cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. THE RISKS
INCLUDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS: FALLING OFF THE STAGE RESULTING IN
MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES INCLUDING HEAD, NECK, BACK, HAD AND ARM
INJURIES. Furthermore, Splendid Events Comp. employees have difficult jobs to perform. They
seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant’s fitness or
abilities. They may give incomplete warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used
might malfunction.
2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all the risks existing in this activity. My
participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of risks.
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Splendid Events Comp. from any and ALL claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in
any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of Splendid Events Comp .
equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or emissions of
Splendid Events Comp .
4. Should Splendid Events Comp . or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur
attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them
