Our family is one of the most important aspects of
our lives. They are the ones who have been with us

unconditionally. However, with the hustle and bustle

our loved ones. That is why family reunions are an

This event proposal is for a family reunion that will

accommodate 50 guests. We understand the
importance of spending quality time with family, and
we aim to provide a fun-filled and memorable
experience for everyone. Our goal is to create an

Event Contract

Dear Mr. Carl Perez,

This contract (the "Contract") is entered into between Ms. Sheraiza Lajom (referred to as the "Event Planner") and Mr. Carl Perez (referred to as the "Client")
for the purpose of organizing and coordinating a family reunion event entitledas per the agreed terms and conditions outlined below:
1.Event Details:
Event Name: Together in Unity: "Bringing families back together, one reunion at a time"
Event Date: August 15, 2023
Event Time: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Event Venue: Viewdeck Garden at The Green Lounge Events Place, located at Ortigas
Ave, San Juan, 1502 Metro Manila, Philippines.
2.Services Provided by the Event Planner:
Event planning and coordination services, including but not limited to:
Venue selection and rental arrangements
Event logistics and scheduling
Vendor management and coordination
On-site event management
Budget management and financial oversight
Event design and decoration guidance
Activity and entertainment recommendations
3.Client's Responsibilities:
Provide necessary information, including guest count, dietary restrictions, and any specific event requirements.
Collaborate with the Event Planner in decision-making processes regarding the event.
Timely payment of agreed-upon fees and expenses.
4.Fees and Payment Terms:
The total cost of the event services is agreed upon as PHP 90,000 payable as follows:
Initial deposit of PHP 30,000 due upon signing this Contract.
Final balance of PHP 60,000 due August 10, 2023.
All payments should be made in Philippine Peso to the Event Planner.
5.Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following refund policy shall apply:
Cancellation 50 days or more before the event: 50% refund of the total fee.
Cancellation within 30 days of the event: No refund shall be provided.
6.Liability:
The Event Planner shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the Event.
The Client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by guests attending the Event.
7.Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the planning and execution of the Event confidential and not disclose it to any
third party.
8.Governing Law:
This Contract shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this
contract, including its interpretation, validity, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the
Philippines.
9.Entire Agreement:
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Event Planner and the Client and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements,
whether written or verbal.

acceptance.
