WRITING ACTIVITY #5 MEMO

MEMORANDUM
TO: College of Education Students and Teachers
FROM: College of Education Dean
DATE: November 26, 2021
SUBJECT: COVID-19 Vaccination

Greetings!

Recently, our country suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic. Coronavirus

disease could affect the health of people, teachers, and students. As the
pandemic arises, the University of the Visayas is having a hard time to
conduct face to face classes as we continue to fight against COVID-19.

In line with the hurdle brought by COVID-19, the government does a lot of
efforts to prevent COVID-19. They are preparing vaccines, creating
awareness, and informing everyone the importance of vaccination for us to
get vaccinated. Also, the government started planning to have limited face-
to-face classes.

With this, I am requiring all the College of Education students and teachers
to be vaccinated. We believe that vaccination is the most effective way to
stop the spreading of coronavirus diseases, and it is a good way for us to be
vaccinated.

Be vaccinated! Let us all be safe and protected! We will ask God for
guidance.
