Job Posting Guidelines:


In order to post, you must meet the Wegmans Job Posting Requirements:
1. Applicants must meet required eligibility criteria (length of service, availability, etc.) for position, indicated on job posting

Length of Service Requirements:*


- Part-time to Full-time candidates: no length of service requirement
- Store Ops Full-Time Customer Service: six (6) months of service in current position
- Store Ops Team Leader or above and all Corporate/Distribution/Manufacturing employees: one (1) year of service in current position

Posting Process:

My first Short term Goal has always been to become a Full Time Employee of Wegmans I have had enjoyed
working for the company for the last 5 Years and now I'm now pursuing this full time position. Another short
term goal is to remain a team player and too bring a positive attitude to the work place.
My Long Term Goal is hopefully to advance within the company and to gain more knowledge about the
company and how it works. By working full time it will give me more opportunity to learn and gain this
knowledge.

I have been working as a part time cashier for Wegmans for 5 years now ringing up front as well as working in
cafe.I know my position well and treat the customers with respect. I try to live the values of wegmans everyday.
My employement record speaks for itself. I have always been on time ,come in early when asked on several
occasions, stayed late many times, worked extra , and rarely called in sick. I have always been willing to flex in
my position as a cashier.. I have helped and enjoyed helping customers shop, given them directions to find an
item, and worked self check out.
