about our exciting new products and machines and we must raise a awareness
about people who are having problems with weight or in staying healthy and
fit or those with cardiovascular diseases or common illnesses .People need to
hear about those issues and it is in our heart to bring them our fitness that
paves the way to in helping them stay healthy and fit.

Interest in the AIDA provides additional information about our fitness Centre
and how our facilities and state-of-art training equipment will benefit you and
keep you in good shape. We have weight training, cardiovascular exercises
,yoga , swimming and many more that you can be a part of that will help you
are keep your muscles and the body strong which helps your body fight and
reduce cardiovascular diseases and keep your organs and heart in good
condition and reduce the risk of contracting common illness .Our fitness
provides with professionals who will guide in your journey and in making good
health choices and good diets .Imagine how much saving money you can save
by not going to the doctor or buying medicine.

Desire being the third element of the AIDA model , involves the change that
this decision you will take to join our centre will bring in your life and how it
will transform you and we encourage to be a part of this centre as it help stay
healthy and keep your immune systems strong ,many people say gyms are
expensive but they choose spend a lot of money going to the doctor for illness

Subject :Proposal requesting management for a business writing workshop

The problem: Employees have a bad hand writing

As the senior staff, I have noticed that many employees in the company lack
the skill to write legibly and they have a bad hand writing and I believe
management must get involved in assisting these employees so that they are
able to improve on their writing skills because if this problem is left unsolved ,
it will affect the costs sales , time and weaken our credibility as a company.

Management must step in as this will affect the morale in the company , the
communication and the respect we gain from outsiders and from each other. I
urge management to get involved and equip the employees so that they write
neatly and legibly as this not also affects them but us as a company because it
will create a negative image about our company internally and externally.
The Solution: A business writing workshop

I believe that management can be of a great hand in helping us deal with this
issue and I request that management intervenes in this matter by organising
and facilitating a business writing workshop allowing the employees to better
learn and gain knowledge in business writing so that they become a greater
benefit to the company. We urge management to be a part of this so that
employees can better their writing from business letters ,reports and many
more so that we don’t lose clients because of an issue that could have been
solved if everyone got involved.

This business writing workshop will be much help to the employees and with
the help and participation of management employees will be better helped
and equipped in the learning and skills they need.

Benefit 1 : Increases professionalism and employee growth in the company

Employees with a good hand writing will create a professional image of the
company as they are the representatives of our image and the vision we want
to put out there and we gain respect from potential clients or investors .
Employee will gain knowledge and skills that they can share to others in the
company allowing the company to be an environment that promotes and
stimulates growth and development which improves our company and our
resources.

Benefit 2: Saving money by reducing costs and resources

If this problem is solved management will never have to constantly spend

more money and time on resources which allows to invest their time on other
things which further helps them. Money will be saved as resources and time
will be used effectively and to the benefit of the company and improve
employee morale and increase our productivity.
Conclusion

This matter must be dealt with with immediate effect and given its attention.
Because if its given its attention we will save more resources and be able to

Reason : This report details the progress on the planning for the team building
day out and I have been tasked with organising and making the necessary
arrangements for the event

Date completed: 8 October 2023

Work completed so far/progress

The preparations for the team building day are so far set in motion and we
have made a lot of progress .I already booked the venue and it will be at
Crystal Towers in Century City and I arranged the guests who will be speaking
on the day , the special guest will be Carel Kruger , the CEO of Inuka perfumes.
The seating arrangements have been prepared and the sound systems has
arrived. The invitations have been sent out to all the employees and a few
guests outside of the business.

Work currently being attended to/additional work

I have already been busy attending to other work in preparation for the event
and they will be completed by the end of the next week. Catering and
additional food that will be served on the day is being attended to and I am
currently sourcing a catering company . The program of the day is currently
being prepared and is almost ready to be printed out and the sound systems
arrangements are underway and are being put up by our technicians.

Work scheduled for the next period and future plan

In preparing for the event , I have experienced a a big problem with regards to
the costs for the whole events and I have found them to be over what we
budgeted for and cannot pay for all the things we need for the event , so my
plan is to negotiate with the manager of the venue and have the venue in the
afternoon eliminating breakfast and lunch on the budget and I will not only
send out printed but will also send out electronic invitations and negotiate
costs with catering company and also the media crew consisting of the
camera and projector who will be arriving at the start of next week . I will be
doing decorations with the help of my friend who is a designer next week ,
which will save us some money as well.

Conclusion

I believe that l am on track with all the preparations for the team building day
out and that work will be completed in adequate time and costs will managed
effectively and I can assure you that the event will be a success and much
enjoyable

Dear Mrs Baloyi

I am heartbroken and saddened by the passing of your son John Baloyi ,who is
also an employee at our company Silulo technologies. Please accept our
heartfelt condolences and know that your entire family is in our prayers and
thoughts during this difficult period.

It was a pleasure and of great honour to have worked with your son in the
company .He was an exemplary worker and showed a lot of hard work and
passion for finance and in managing it. He was always a kind hearted person
and was a peacemaker and always saw the best in everything and in those
around him. He loved this company and always remarkably knew how to bring
joy and light into a room and to us whenever we deal with the constant work
stress. He was there when this company started in 1998 when we were facing
too much debt and costs and were struggling to just keep the company afloat ,
he was there and just gave us the courage and strength to overcome that
painful period. I have never such a passion and resilience that your son
possessed in this company and we would not be this company you see today if
it wasn’t for his contribution and his love for this company.

During this difficult time , I hope you find solace and comfort in the memories
you and your family shared with him. I know losing someone is not easy but I
know he will forever remain in your heart and in your memory .He is watching
over you and the entire family and I believe and trust that the wonderful
memories and experiences you shared with him will help you find closure and
healing in the many days to come.

May the love and care that John Baloyi shared be a source of strength and
resilience to push on for you and your family. I hope you find closure in
knowing that his spirit will forever live on and will always be a part of your
family.
