Dear Sir/Madam,
The Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines, Inc., (GEPI), Mindanao Area, will be
conducting its 36th MINDANAO AREA ASSEMBLY on December 1,2,3, 2019, at
Luxe Hotel, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City, to be hosted by GEP Regional
Division X, bearing the theme: “United GEP Promoting Members Empowerment
Towards Sustainable Goals.”
Aforementioned assembly/convention is in compliance to, viz: Art VII, Section
1 of the organization’s prevailing Constitution and By-Laws, purposely for the
election of officers, reporting, fellowship, and advancement of knowledge among
others, and (b) the mandate of existing PRC laws, rules and regulations governing the
renewal of PRC license, a perpetual requisite to practice Geodetic Engineering
profession.
Anent thereto, in behalf of the host region, I am humbly requesting for your
support by way of allowing Geodetic Engineers under your office to be part of said
event. Time and again, it has been proven that there is always strength in unity, as
aptly stated “together, we can do better,” with your office as partner in making this
organization progressively great.
Registration fees are ALL “LIVE-OUT” and pegged in the following
denominations:
 P 6,000.00 - July 26 to October 15, 2019;
 P 6,500.00 - October 16 to November 15, 2019;
 P 7,000.00 - November 16 to December 1, 2019 (Deemed an on-site
registration).
