Dear sir
As per telephonoc conversation with you Personal loan no. LPRNI00009946911 has been
settled with payment of Rs. 26000/ in the form of draft payable to ICICI tomorrow i.e 28th
May 11and a cheque amounting Rs. 16000/ payable at 23rd June 11.
Pl. send the approval letter of settlement through mail.

As mutually agreed in the discussion you had with our representative, we accept your
offer of Rs. 42000 towards the full and final settlement of your said account.

The amount of Rs. 42000 shall be repaid by you in instalments by cheque/ cash in the
manner and within the time set out in the repayment schedule given below:

The said offer of full and final settlement is made on a one-time basis upon your

Further, it is agreed that you as well as the Bank will take necessary steps to withdraw
the legal cases/ complaints, if any, filed against each other (including officials/
associates of the Bank) relating to or arising from the subject matter of settlement by
filing the said letter as consent terms before the Courts/ Forums/ Tribunals after
adhering the terms mentioned herein

In the event of any default committed by you in the agreed payment schedule, or in the
event any of the cheques issued by you is dishonoured on or after the date of this
settlement letter, for whatever reasons, this settlement offer shall stand null and void
and withdrawn. All the concessions granted shall also stand withdrawn. You shall be
liable to pay the entire revised amount outstanding as per the current status.

The Bank may then be constraint to take appropriate measures to recover the amount
outstanding by initiating both civil and criminal proceedings as per the terms and
conditions of this agreement.

This communication is expressly in reference to the captioned loan account only and is
strictly confidential.

Dear sir
As per approved settlement the dues has been cleared. So I request you to send the no dues
cerificate at my mailing address and if possible also through mail. Further If I want to
settle the personal Loan A/c No. LPDHB00012699801 also. Is it possible ? If yes,then
what least amount I have to pay ?
