Subject: Demanding for Payment of Rs. 16,50,000/-

This is to bring to your notice that I have booked the Plot No.33B, measuring 732
Sqft. in the Harsha Home project and paid Rs. 16,50,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs and
Fifty Thousand Only) through Cheques which were acknowledged. On seeing the
Plot, we are not satisfied with the location then we selected Plot No. 28A, nreasuring
800 Sqft. at the cost of Rs.2,000isqft. The total cost of the Plot is Rs. 16,00,000/-
(Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Only) But you have stated the Land Owner of the Harsha
Homes cancelled your Selling Agent Agreement. So, I have Shifted from Harsh
Home Pro.lect to Mirudhula Home Project I also Transferred my Deposited amount
frorr Harsha Horne to Mirudhula Home.
But you have refused to Register the Plot in our Name till date for the reason best
known to you.
We hereby call up on you to repay the said amount Rs. 16,50,000/- (Rupees
Sixteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) *'ithin l0 days from the Receipt of this Notice.
If you have anl dispute the exislence or amount of unpaid operational debit (in
delbult) please plovide the undersigned, within ten days of the receipt of this letter, of'
the pendency of the suit or arbitration proceedings in relation to such dispute filed
befbre the receipt of this letter / notice.
lf you believe that the debt has been repaid before the receipt of this letter, please
dernonstrate such repayrnent by sending to us, within ten days of receipt of this letter,
the following:-
a) An Attested copy of the record of electronic transfer of the unpaid amount from
the bank account of you: or
b) An Attested copy of any record that "Ms. Amala" has received the payment.
The undersigned request you to unconditionally repay the unpaid operational debt
(in default) in full within ten days from the receipt of this letter failing which we shall
initiate a corporate insolvency resolution process in respect of "Manju Foundation".
