CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT

This consultancy agreement is made on lvlarch 21 2024 by and between M/s JS Nlan Power Servi.e, Plot
No. Plot No. 16, Ground Floor, S M Layout, Manasa Public School, Choodasandra Circle, Bangalore,
560099 And Samiksha Dutta (here in after referred as "Client"). Permanent address P 82 03, station
square, thubaneswar odisha 756001, Present address My present address MIG ll 19/2 BDA COTONY
CHANDRASEKHAR PUR ,BHUBANISWAR.This agreement shal commence as of date 21 March 2024 and
shail stand vaiid for a minimum perlod of 6 Months or till the worker qults the work after One Year.

Terms and Condition

1. The Client shall
form. The terms of empioyment, in.luding salary, number of leaves and details of work etc shal be
clearly mentioned in appropriate columns provided in the form at the tlme of registration.

2.Anon refundable registration fees of Rs 500/ (Rupees Five hundred only) has to be paid bythe client
through (cash/ a/c payee cheque/cnline transfer n favcf of 'J S Man Power servi.e' along with the
Reglstration form, after receipt of which i 5 Man Power Servi.e will start the process of searth ng or
ldentifylng the.andldate as per clients requ rement.

3. The Consultancy fees Rs.6000 shall be paid by the client through cash/cheque,(A/C Payee cheque in
favor of Consultant) on the day of selection of the candldate. consu tan.y fees are not refundable u nder
any circumstances

4. lf anyone is hirlnB a candidate ln urgent basis within 3 days of registration, then he/she has tc pay
additional Rs.1000/ extra.

5. Man Power Service' shall require seven to flfteen days time after registration to search/ dentifl/

cllent place/online (Only after paying registration fees of Rs 500/ ). 'J S Man Power Senr'ice' sha I try to
identi{y the best suitab e candldates as per the requlrement of client.

6. lf the candidate leaves the job of the client within Onc Ycar of jolning without assigning any suitable
reason whatsoever, Consultant shall provide replacement without any addltional charges within
contract period. However, candldate shall inform lS manpower service & give a min of 5 days notlce of
leavine. .lS wil arrange a suitable repla.€ment candidate before the candidate leaves the place of work.

7. The client has to clear the salary dues of the exlsting candidate before the replacement of a new one.

8. The ternrs of employment, includlng salary, working hours, l€aves and roles & responsibllities etc.,
shall be discussed and finalized by the client wlth the candidate at the time of interview. Consultanl sha
ensure that the candidate loins the client after mutually agreeing on the terms of employment. However
JS shall be involved for any deviation.....

9. Once the candidate joins, the client shall be the employer of the candidate for all purposes of law.
The client shall pay the agreed salary to the appllcant within flfth of subsequent month for the number
of days he/she has worked. Consultant has the right to approach the appropriate authority in .ase of
non-payment or de ay in payment of salary to the candidate.

10. Consultant shal collectandprovidethecopiesoflDPROOF,addressproofoftheseectedcandidate

to the client. The client shall submit the same along with the pollce verifi.ation form at nearest poli.e
station within seven days of joining of the candidate for the purpose of police verification.

11. When the client decides to terminate the services of the candidate in future he/ she wil intimate the
consultant in writing. of any misbehavicr or harassment with the candldate by the client, 'l S

12. ln case of wrong behavior, theft or any type of crlrninal a.tivlty by the candidate, the client has the
right to take appropriate action against him/her after discur;inS with the c lenl & ascertaining the facts
of the case & find out the trlrth.Neither consultant ror clent can not force a candidate to contlnue
his/her emp oymcnt witholrt his/her consent.

13. n case the candidate continues One year with the client, the n the cllent has to renew the agreement
with payment of consultancy renewal fee 50%.

14. After every one year sa ary Will be in.rement 500 (compulsory). For any compldint and qLreries,
kindlycall on the above rnentioned number between 10:00 am to 5rl0 pm (Mon sat).

Allthe above terms & condition are read, understood and

accepted by both I 5 Man Power Seruice' and the client.
