Shower, Villa Ofelia, Cabanatuan City referred to us for appropriate
legal action your unsettled obligation to it in the amount of FOUR
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS
(Php 4,474.00) inclusive of interests, penalties and charges as of this
day.

Your account has long been overdue and despite repeated oral
demands and pleas from our client, you refused and still to honor
your obligation.

In this regard, we are giving you a period of seven (7) days from
receipt of this letter to pay our client the above-stated amount. Failure
on your part will be construed as your act of intentionally disregarding
this letter, thus constraining us to file the necessary criminal,
administrative and/or civil action against you to protect the interest of
our client.
