Dear SPOUSES AAAAAAA

and BBBBBBBBBB:

The spouses AAAAAAA AND BBBBBBBB, all highly-valued clients, have

referred to me for immediate legal action your continuing unjust and unreasonable
refusal to pay them your loan which you incurred from them in the previous years.

Based on our records, you are indebted to them in the principal amount of TWO
HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (P 240,000.00) PESOS. It appears that you have
agreed to an interest rate of 2% per month, which is within the bounds of the law, but up
to this time you have failed to honor your obligation to them.

It is evident that my clients have demanded from you numerous times to pay this
obligation. You have chosen however to ignore such despite the fact that my clients are
willing to temper their demand to as low as ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P
150,000.00). This is notwithstanding the fact that you are fully capable of doing so as
you have sold real property very recently.

Please be aware that your refusal to do so has caused unimaginable damage to my

clients. This is likewise a violation of pertinent violations of the Revised Penal Code and
may subject you to possible imprisonment. If my clients decide to file a case against you,
you can likewise be made liable for actual and moral damages, attorney’s fees and
litigation costs.

You may be aware of the difficulties and hassles associated with facing a criminal
and/or civil case in court. In view of this, final demand is hereby made for you to pay the
amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P 150,000.00) within ten (10) days
from receipt hereof.

We shall be happy to hear from you the soonest. Fail not under the penalty of law.
