Hi, Ms. Cindy,

Thank you very much to you and the company for the offer letter you have sent through Ms. Rhea.

The employment offer you have given looks good, although upon reviewing, some questions came to mind which I
just wanted to clarify. Please see the following inquiries:

1. Regular working hours a day/week. Typically it’s 40 hours a week however, it is also based on the project and the
supervisor/manager that you will be reporting to. Keep in mind that as engineer you will need to ensure that the
projects meet their deadlines.

2. Employment status after the 90 day probationary period.

3. Net compensation after deductions. As indicated on your employment offer you will be paid on a weekly basis and
subject to Guam withholdings. Guam withholding tax is anywhere from 10% to 15% for single. You may visit the
Guam Revenue and Taxation website for additional information. www.guamtax.com/info/structure.html

4. List of deductions (Guam withholdings, medical insurance etc.) For Single it is roughly $31.56 weekly (medical) and
$9.23 weekly (dental). Guam withholding tax is anywhere from 10% to 15% for single

5. How will the accrual of vacation leaves be calculated? Will I be having only 10 paid vacation leaves within the first
five years of service or is it yearly? As indicated on your employment offer, vacation is accrued on a monthly basis
after completion of 6 months of continuous service. You will be allowed a maximum of 10 days paid vacation based
on accruals and length of service from your first calendar year up to 5 years. You will be allowed a maximum of 15
days paid vacation after 5+ years of service.

6. Does the company provide Transportation / Airfare during vacation if visiting outside of Guam? No. You will
however Transportation service provided will be provided to personnel residing at BCC Workforce housing.

7. Communication tools and office equipments. Please explain your question. Are you asking for a list of equipment
and or tools that will be issued to you? If so, then make note that company equipment/tools will only be issued to
employees when it is required for your job and approved by Executive Management.

8. Medical & Dental Insurance costs. For Single it is roughly $31.56 weekly (medical) and $9.23 weekly (dental).
Guam withholding tax is anywhere from 10% to 15% for single

9. Lead time before flight to Guam upon issuance / advise of issuance of working visa. Please explain your question
regarding lead time for flights to Guam. The general duration for standard processing for any H1B visa application
with USCIS can vary from 3 to 6 months. Do make note that there are several required steps by USCIS/U.S.
Department of Labor that we must follow prior to a visa petition is filed.

My current employment contract requires me to render at least 1 month of service upon tender of resignation. Noted.
Do keep in mind that employment is based on approval for H1B petition. This is indicated on the Employment offer.

Looking forward also to be part of BCC soon. I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Michael
