1. Chief Financial Officer, Grade: VIII

Education: Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan/Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of (FCMA)/Chartered Certified Accountants
or any other recognized body of professional accountants or Master degree in Finance (MBA, M Com., etc.) from a university recognized by the Higher Education
Commission.
Experience: In case of member of recognized body of professional accountants,
 Minimum 15 years of post-membership experience;
 At least 10 years’ experience in energy industry (upstream/ midstream/ downstream - Oil and gas) in finance/ accounts/ commercial role; and
 At least 5 years’ experience as CFO. In case of Masters’ Degree holder in Finance; Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience;
Age: 55 Years maximum, Reporting Line: Managing Director

2. Chief Internal Auditor, Grade: VI

Education: Member of recognized body of professional accountants, certified internal auditors, certified fraud examiner, certified internal control auditor or Master
degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Experience:
 Minimum 8 years’ post membership experience in Audit, Assurance and accountancy related roles.
 At least 5 years’ experience of internal audits with credible organizations of national and international repute
 Experience of working in / leading an Internal Audit Department in a corporate organization
 Extensive knowledge and experience in energy sector and experience of working in public sector will be
preferred.
Age: 44 Years maximum
Reporting Line: Functionally to Audit Committee of Board and operationally to Managing Director

3. Manager Internal Audit, Grade: IV

Education: Member of recognized body of professional accountants certified internal auditors, certified fraud examiner, certified internal control auditor or
Master degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in assurance business advisory / accountancy roles
Minimum 3 years’ experience from an audit firm of national and international reputation.
Age: 38 years maximum
Reporting Line: Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)
