BIOCHEMICAL METABOLIC PATHWAYS

Tasks: Illustrate the following metabolic pathways below and the chemical reactions involve
in a form a drawing (must be an original work). Downloaded, copied and printed illustrations
will not be honored. Clearly label all the chemical reactions that have occurred in each
metabolic pathway.

Add a brief description of the metabolic reactions and the processes that have taken place
next or below the illustrations:

1. Glycolysis & Gluconeogenesis

2. Krebs cycle
3. Electron-Transport Chain
4. The Light Reactions of Photosynthesis and the Calvin Cycle
5. Glycogen Degradation and synthesis
6. Pentose Phosphate Pathway
7. Fatty Acid Degradation and Synthesis

Guidelines:
1. You may use a short bond paper (Substance 24) or Oslo paper.
2. Submit an image copy (must be a clear copy) or scanned copy of your illustrations
