Kaizen Blitz - Generate rapid improvements in a week
The Event
Day 1 - We train the team in good process principles as a backdrop to reviewing your own process performance.
By gaining agreement to general concepts of best practice, the team will find it easier to appreciate the
issues and problems associated with their own methods of working.
Day 2 - We map and critique the current process using a sophisticated process management software tool.
Day 3 - We design the ‘perfect’ system.
Day 4 - We determine the practicable working solution to the current problem and implement changes
immediately where possible.
Day 5 - We continue implementing changes and develop a plan to cover key issues which it has been
impossible to complete within the time span available. The team then make a one-hour action planning
presentation to senior management.
