REMINDER: PROPOSAL FOR IP SURVELANCE SECURITY CAMERAS
With reference to the proposal submitted to the school in December 2014, we would like to remind you of the
aforementioned.
Very quickly, we also like to introduce other services that Lightscribe Engineering can offer to the school, which if
installed, will systematically improve the efficiency of the school’s activities
We have;
Time and Attendance Management System; This technology ensures that all staff clocks-in at resumption in the
morning and clocks out at close of business in the afternoon. This will eliminate
 Lateness
 Absenteeism
 Teachers that leave their duty before COB
NB: Attendance can be generated and printed at the end of the month, and used for remuneration purposes as well as
deducting salaries for offenders
Electric Fence Wire; This can be install to prevent totally, intruders from gaining entrance through the fence and it is
supplied with a 10Kv and also powered with batteries. It comes with the intruder alarm system that triggers an alarm and
alert the securities on duty of an intruder.
Access Control System; This Technology enables each and every student leaving in the hostel to have a card or
biometrics taken. They can only have access to the hostel door to prevent unauthorized persons and students from entering
the hostel facilities
