Sell Electronic Devices
Electronic sales associates help customers choose electronic equipment and devices, such as our
door locks, leds, door sensors, security systems, and smart home systems. They may work in a
specialty electronics store, or within the electronics department of a larger retail store. They process
payments and accept cash, making change and applying coupons or promotions.
Answer Customer Questions
Because we specialize in selling electronic devices, electronic sales associates also spend a
significant amount of time answering customer questions about pricing and features. They may
provide information to customers deciding between two different items or explain why a particular
device is a better fit for a particular customer’s needs. Electronic sales associates also answer
customers’ questions about promotions and stock availability.
Maintain Stock and Inventory Records
Responsible for monitoring and recording inventory and stock levels, electronic sales associates
periodically check inventory, comparing it to expected levels, taking note of discrepancies or missing
stock. They also monitor the sales floor to ensure that items are well stocked and correctly priced.
Process Returns and Exchanges
In addition to selling electronic equipment and devices, electronic sales associates also process
returns and exchanges, inspecting returned items for signs of damage as they process returns via
cash or credit card. Additionally, electronic sales associates enter returns in the store’s point-of-sale
(POS) system and return items to inventory or to shelves.
Upsell Value-added Items
Along with selling electronic devices, many electronic sales associates also support sales goals by
promoting value-added items such as extended warranties and device insurance. They present
customers with information regarding replacement costs and insurance coverage, usually during the
checkout process.
Assist with Moving and Packing Items
Electronic sales associates frequently assist customers and other store personnel with transporting
heavy items, such as big-screen televisions or desktop computers, helping customers bring heavy
items to their vehicles. They might need to operate a dolly and lift to move stock from a warehouse
or storeroom to the sales floor.

To get sales

I visit along with sales team to different construction site to give them demo
about our products, every sales team has a one technical person to answer the
technical questions of the client like how device work, how you install, is there
any alteration in our main electrical system, to answer theses question it is my
duty to visit along with sales team.

Installation of motion sensor

A motion detects when someone is in your home when they shouldn’t be. A
motion sensor uses one or multiple technologies to detect movement in an area.
When a sensor detects motion, it sends a signal to security system’s control panel,
which connects to your monitoring center. To install this motion sensor we chose
the place according to client requirement and then we hide them and connect to
owners mobile phone,
Installation of door sensor .

Door or window sensor is that type of sensor which detect the motion of door,
when door is open it give a signal on a mobile phone that someone enter the
premises without permission, is just a two piece sensor which one connect to non-
moving part and other connect to moving part of the door when the door opens
the connection between these two sensor break and it give a alarming situation
on a mobile phone,

Smart Curtain motor.

Curtain motor is a type of dc motor which is used to operate the movement of

curtains through mobile as well as from the remote technology, to install this type
of motor one thing should be focus that motor operate more effiecntly to get the
maximum result for this motor should be install at that place or angle where it
should be hide and get the maximum work with providing any hurdle in
movement, this motor has its own channel on which every type of curtain move.
Installation of touch panels:

Touch panel is an on-off switch with touch sensors, it is replace with original button socket
and connect through the same like the installation of buttons , it contains the light sensor
which is handle more carefully during installation ,and it should be handle more carefully.

Installation of door locks

Smart door lock is a gadget which is used to open door by thumb impression or
by password and you get notification on your cell phone with person id, whom
open the door, during working on this technician told me to care about the things
are Confirm the center distance: there are two kinds of center distance: The
center distance is the center distance from the door frame to the handle rotation
axis. Confirm the door lock thickness: door lock thickness requirements: 38mm-
55mm special needs according to individual requirements. Draw the front
opening line of the door: Determine the installation height of the door lock. The
height of the handle position is 90CM from the bottom of the door
Installation of Wi-Fi sockets

Wi-Fi sockets is the device which operate any other electrical appliance with the help of
mobile phone from anywhere, it is just plug or wired in the way that no spark is produced
, after plug it on, it should be configure and set password according to client

Customer services

When we are in the office it is our duty to entertain phone calls from the client and answer
their technical question on the spot if possible , if there is some issue which cannot be sort
out on the phone then we visit to client site with team and sort out the situation ,
