One of the popular conspiracy theories nowadays is about mysterious place known as Area 51,

but before anything else, we want you to know some background and facts regarding Area 51. Area 51
also known before as "Paradise Ranch", other nicknames include "Watertown" and "Dreamland." It is a
secret U.S. Air Force military installation located at Groom Lake in southern Nevada. It is administered by
Edwards Air Force Base in southern California. What goes on inside is extremely secret. Members of the
public are restricted and are kept away by warning signs, electronic surveillance and armed guards
patrolling the perimeter. It is also illegal to fly over Area 51, although the site is now visible on satellite
images. The base has runways up to 12,000ft (2.3 miles/3.7km) long. The facility is next to two other
restricted military areas: the Nevada Test Site, where US nuclear weapons were tested from the 1950s to
the 1990s, and the Nevada Test and Training Range. The entire range covers more than 2.9 million acres
of land.According to the US military, it represents "a flexible, realistic and multidimensional battle-space
to conduct testing tactics development, and advanced training".

Furthermore, Area 51 was created during the Cold War between the US and the Soviet Union as a
testing and development facility for aircraft, including the U-2 and SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance
planes. Although it opened in 1955, its existence was only officially acknowledged by the CIA in August
2013. Four months after the CIA's disclosure, President Obama became the first US president to mention
Area 51 publicly. Area 51 has long been a topic of fascination for conspiracy theorists and paranormal
enthusiasts who believe it to be the location where the US government stores and hides alien bodies and
UFOs. One popular UFO conspiracy is that in 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico, remains from a flying saucer
that supposedly crashed were brought to the site for reverse engineering experiments in order to
replicate the extraterrestrial spacecraft. In June 2019, a poll conducted by YouGov found that 54% of US
adults think it is likely the government knows more than it's telling about UFOs, 27% saying it is unlikely,
and 19% saying they do not know. On the other hand we are not supporting this speculations and
theories, we stand that those information is not factual even though there were still no strong evidence
such as videos or photos of Area 51 inside that will prove that there are no extraterrestrial life inside.
