1. PM Tester
Close all the programs and turn-off the PC
Turn-off the breaker in the tester
Remove the PM sticker
Replace the PM sticker
Quick Check POOL2 to check for PM Due

2. Full Check
Save (C:maintenance/datalog/PMlogs\Datalogs\2021\datenotep)

3. Continuity Test
Check (System Checks)
Data Collect Set-Up (All)
Save (C:maintenance/datalog/PMlogs\Datalogs\2021\datenotep)

4. Calibration
SAVE IN NOTEPAD (C:maintenance/datalog/PMlogs\Datalogs\2021\date)
Pool 2 External>Install Keithley> Place GPIB cable from tester to keithley>
Connect 2 wires to PMO>Input PMO ID and CAL DATE
Support Board (Need to set-up cal board with PMO Cable)
HSD (Dock Cal Board)
DCVI & HDPMU, BBAC
Pool 2 (Internal Only)

5. DC Enabler
Open Existing>Program Files>Teradyne>IGXL>DC EN V.4
(C:maintenance/datalog/PMlogs\Datalogs\2021\date)
6. Gage and Upload

Gage data check links folder

Upload Gaged data
Open All Programs>Maxim Integrated> Gage Collector
Select Reason Quarterly > Tag Data ( Copy a back up file ) > Close Session >
Start Upload ( Wait to be uploaded )
:\Program Files\Teradyne\IG-XL\Maintenance\Data\Gage_Project_Data
Save the meter no. and all the PM Log Files

Update CalMaster
Items>Identification ( Tester No. )> Update Cal> Find the serial number of
meter> Back to Microflex> Fill the boxes and upload zip file.

Board Fail monitoring and board monitoring logs )
7. Send Zip file to Jonathan D.

> File in IRAC > Raise Issue > Upload file choose OTHERS

Fail in 1 or more sites

> Run corresponding test ( Cont, Full Check, DCEN, or Cal )

Sudden Shutdown

> Check if EMO is activated

FT swing to WS

> Replace docking plate from FT to WS

> Place GPIB Cable to Prober
