RE: Letter Agreement regarding Trails End Mobile Home Park
Address: 104 E. Sierra, Fresno, CA 93710
The undersigned owner of Trails End Mobilehome Park agrees as follows:
1. The City of Fresno (City) may enter the park and take all actions deemed necessary to
abate any potential health and safety conditions in the exterior common areas, including
but not limited to removal of rubbish, weeds, inoperable vehicles, and make repairs.
2. By agreeing to this, the Owner does not admit any liability.
3. Until August 31, 2021, unless following notice to the Owner and Court order, the City
will not seek reimbursement for the City actions taken.
4. This agreement may be withdrawn by the Owner with written notice to the City.
