Referring to your technical offer, Ref.: B-1473-1475/RIP/l0/1 dated
04/05/2010.
Please,you are kindly requested to adhere & consider the following :
-As f orme.c hanical w orks & inspection:
All mechanical works and all tests that take place in your factory & the
work site..according to the standards mentioned in y our technical offer
· shoulq be your responsibility, it is necessary that qualified supervisors
should attend installation works & quality control .
-Regarding instrumentation and operation works:
1- ' We find nothing regarding Book of Technical Conditions : Thr ./
Requir ed Works: Item 6- Adopting & installing a new compact skid for~
.. managing fuel gases to improve the quality of combustion (inc1udingshut
down system and auto start). Please, consider that the required is replacing
all instruments related to combustion management (control valves, pressure
. ... & flow .transmitters ... etc ) which are existing in control room & the field,
. takingintocdnsideration that the existing control s stem is one loop based.
P1easec1arify in details the components of new system offered by y our side.
2~ ·. Please, send us the diagram of gauging & control system showing all
instrument loops ( oxygen analyzer, ignition system, flame monitoring
. system,smart temperature transmitter, ... etc ) which will be installed on the
tfueeheaters ..
