Understanding My Learners,

Their Strength, Needs,


Interests and Experiences
In teaching you have to consider the diversity of learners, you have to keep an
eye to each of them so that you can determine what strategies you will going
to apply.
You must not focus on one strategy for all, you have to be flexible in making
those strategies to cope up with their needs. Seeing their potential will help
you to choose what you are going to apply.
Every students, every learner is different so you have to reach every student
at his/her level. If you see their strength then you have to use their strength to
go beyond their limitation, so that they will strive more than what they can do.
If you see their needs then you have to fill in their needs and know what is the
right thing to do without bias, fill them with your knowledge and let them
grow according to what it is to be.
If you see their interest then you have to uplift them, use strategies that will
suit to their interest, that will help them to continue what they are doing, just
stay at their back, let them feel that you are with them every step of their way.
By knowing and understanding your learners in terms of their learning
capability it will guarantee you that you will become a good mentor, you will
have a good and with a good future young leaders in the future.
